This Saturday, Thrive Together Community will be out in the heart of the city, hosting pop-up outreach events at various busy metro locations.
We’re on a mission to connect individuals with vital housing stabilization resources, including access to detox and rehab services for those in need.
If you or someone you know is struggling with housing instability, substance use, or needs help getting connected to the right support — we’re here for you.
Our team will be on-site offering:
On-the-spot housing resource enrollment
Detox and rehab referrals
Supportive conversations — no pressure, no judgment
Information on ongoing programs and services
